OCEAN OF KNOWLEDGE

His Holiness Shenphen Dawa Rinpoche gave me the name Rigzen Chomo which means Feminine Ocean Holding Great Knowledge. Rinpoche did not lightly give me this name. He knew  that my love of learning  would lead to knowledge in many areas. This blog is one way I share knowledge.  For me knowledge is a vast and endless ocean revealed through stories and storytelling, poetry, art, books, music, and other media. This ocean flows through topics from spirituality, to health, to peace, to the environment, and to the joy of living with wonder.

Today, I share my knowledge of life’s last great adventure explored in my book, The Ultimate Wonder, World Stories Illuminating Death. The first ten people who read the  press release about the book, make a comment here or on my website, http://www.skywalkerstoryteller.com and send an e-mail to skywalker@skywalkerstoryteller.com will receive a free PDF or eopf of the book. Please include your e-mail address and which version you prefer. I look forward to exploring this ocean of knowledge with you.

FALLFIRE – A Poem

GE DIGITAL CAMERA

Fall Fireweed overlooking Kachemak Bay in Homer, Alaska

I wrote this poem a few year’s ago and it’s that time of the year again.

FALLFIRE

Wind’s cold kiss whispered, “Now it is fall.”

Without reprieve, cold morns, chill nights, it is fall.

Sadness descends deep as the universe.

Feelings of fear enshroud, for it is fall.

The brightest of blue skies these cool days.

Colors like magic seduce in the fall.

Ferociously feasting bugs attack the body.

Their days are numbered, for it is fall.

Longing beyond words for green leaves not to brown

Beauty’s pain heals loves wounds, it is fall.

Relentlessly flowing the waters of time.

as leaves fall from trees, this poet accepts it is fall.

Introducing The Ultimate Wonder

Ultimate Wonder Cover jpeg

I wrote The Ultimate Wonder, World Stories Illuminating Death, as a result of my series of audio stories. My goal is to share these stories with everyone in order for death to be seen as the last wonder of life rather than as the grim reaper. This is an e-book available on all of the major e-book retailers. Followers of this blog and subscribers of my site newsletter will receive different opportunities to receive free PDFs in the next few weeks.

Until that time you may read a review press release on my site – http://www.skywalkerstoryteller.com/reviews/  I trust the review will encourage you to read and review the book yourself.
