Like the glow on a California horizon. Sunrise or wildfire?
This speaks of the life after. In my faith, one knows the answer already.
Ooh. Haiku with a twist ending. I like it.

Where deserts greet a sun by sea, so a hellish fire it maybe, but where if a forest rises up, one may find sunshine in a cup, to slow sip beneath a fronds’ tree.
