What a lovely creature! I trust they come around often to graze? Do people leave food out for them too? This is one of the biggest upsides of living in the wild, isn’t it? For us, its deer and bald eagles, with the occasional bear and cougar sighting. Does make for some added anxiety about letting the cat out, but all the animals seem to believe in behaving like good neighbors 🙂
Actually, that was the first wild animal we’ve seen in our neighborhood – other than the eagles. My husband said he was quite large.
Oh yes, they usually are! I wish this medium would allow for voice impressions because I do a pretty fair Bullwinkle myself 😉
I do not believe I’ve ever seen a moose on a beach. Hmmm.
Yes, but that’s what you see when you live across the street from a beach in Alaska.
What an amazing sight. It’s such a thrill to see wild animals near houses.
