We have many of them here. They’re quite something to see, a dozen or more in a single tree, during salmon spawning season!

Wonderful haiku and photo. I love eagles. How wonderful to see them so close.
They are common here. Once we saw a group of them hanging out around the grocery store.
I remember when you wrote about that. It stuck in my mind as an absolutely marvelous event. 🙂
Wild mountains, wild seas and coasts, eagles here remind me of most, these place is where I’ve seen them soar, playing their dance to the wind.
